Screen and Microphone Recording Malware

HallO guys,

I recently got an iphone 8. was so excited about it, banking on the idea that they are safe from malware and viruses. Unfortunately not. I had a Samsung Note 8 in which i was facing the problem of secretly installed malware that could record my screen and voice (via microphone). I hoped that Apple devices would be safe from this, but nope! I am aware of a hacker who has been following me and planting malware in my devices for a long time, since i have been working as an online freelancer, contacting customers across the world. I landed a banking job and the hackers have contacted some of my staff members and has managed to convince them not to reveal his identity to me, because i am aware of their presence and their activities on my phones. I am convinced about this because some of these staff repeat to me things that i mention during intimate conversations with my customers or my friends or family over chat, and pass it off as random statements. This has left me wondering, even after i have Factory reset my Iphone 8 several times, the hackers still manage to get the malware in my phone. I have even got bitdefender antivirus vpn and antivirus, but they are nothing against this malware. I am getting convinced that they have a zombie version of my iphone with which all they need to clone my phone is my IP + MAC address and serial number. My question is, does anyone here know how to circumvent such malware????? at least, it would help me feel safe around myself and with my workmates. Also, i know this is a group of hackers that's behind this and they are probably doing this to many other people out there, not myself alone.

Unlike an Android, there is no known malware/spyware/hack/virus for a non jailbroken device.

Since you said this happen when you were using an Android, said person probably has access to your personal emails. What troubleshooting have to you done, ie change password/emails?

Did you use this Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support to move content to your iphone? if you did restore your phone as new and not from backup.

Wouldn't hurt to do this too Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

It is true Android has more malware available for it but iOS does have known malware available for non jailbroken devices.

WireLurker which does not need a jailbroken device to install

XcodeGhost which infects apps when they are compiled in xcode and included at least 39 apps published in the iOS App Store.

as for the hacking if a hacker is going after you they most likely already have access to your iCloud with will allow them to access your backups including any text messages if their backed up in iCloud. if you use iMessage then they can get access to your messages on other devices if they login to your account. it's also possible the hacker jailbroke your phone and installed recording apps.

If you think your phone is infected it's best to restore as new and do not login to iCloud. also change your number to make sure it's not associated with iMessage. I would recommend a DFU restore if you can as it might be possible for any malware that was installed to survive a reset or recovery restore. Also make sure your using the latest iOS.
