Seems like my iPhone 12 was hacked

My phone starts recording when I finish a text. I accidently hit the radio send button and a constant recording icon came on for that person and I had to rest my phone to remove it. What is this about? Seems like it’s hacked, maybe I’m paranoid because my identity was stolen. But, I have been getting phishing texts as well. I even put it on lockdown mode, which I leave on almost all the time.
