cant download apps, every time I try, its says swipe twice, I do this and nothing happens

I am trying to download apps but when I click on get, on the thee righthand side it states 'Double Click to Install', I try this and it just goes back to the 'Get' screen, any ideas please. Thanks

If you are on an iPhone X or above. Double click the sleep button to install an App. Do it quickly. I hope this helps.
