Slow startup after installing MacOs Ventura

Hi guys! After I upgraded to macOS Ventura on my MacBook the boot process stops for 4 minutes at about 25% of the line below the Apple logo and then completes the task. This does not happen in Safe Mode. The change in users had no effect on the delay. The Disk Utility and Apple Diagnostic Test revealed no problem. I run the EtreCheck. Please see the report below. Any suggestion on what may be the cause for this problem? Thank you!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.4

The problem doesn't happen in Safe Mode. That means the problem is likely due to something that was installed.

You have installed and are running:

AVAST -- antivirus, VPN

SURFSHARK - antivirus, VPN

SAFENET -- more security software

Appcleaner -- "cleaning" app, not recommended

Antivirus extensions can cause myriad problems and interfere with the MacOS. Ventura has its MacOS on a read-only volume/snapshot, so neither you nor any software can modify it, except for an Apple certified OS installer.

VPNs are also not recommended, unless a properly configured one is provided by your employer for secure access. You have multiple VPNs running.

It is likely that having all this unneeded security software is interfering with each other, and also with the MacOS.

You should uninstaller every one of these programs and any other similar software. Use vendor-provided uninstallers so all the fragments of the software are completely removed.

Also, uninstall Appcleaner, which can cause damage unless you know exactly how to utilize it.

Some of the above extensions and software are repeatedly crashing, another indication that they are poisoning your computer. It is also possible that some of this crashing is also due to these software packages not being updated for Ventura. But I suggest that you completely uninstall them all.

Etrecheck also indicates you don't have backups. That is unwise, you have a computer that is misbehaving, yet no backups? You can use Time Machine, CCC, SuperDuper, or any number of other options.
