When pages document is saved to Pages - iCloud where do I find that document

If you have Pages enabled in iCloud Drive on the Mac, and you save the document to iCloud, it will likely be inside a Pages folder on iCloud Drive. With Pages disabled in iCloud Drive on the Mac, then the Pages folder will not be visible on iCloud Drive and the document likely saved in the general storage of iCloud Drive.
See Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > iCloud Drive > Apps syncing to iCloud Drive > ☑︎ Pages.
If you have Pages on iOS,iPadOS or iCloud, and with iCloud Drive enabled, then when you launch the Pages application on the non-Mac platform — and if the first scenario from the first paragraph is true, then the saved document from the Mac will simply be among those offered when launching Pages on other platforms.
