Issue re-installing OS on my MacBook Pro

I tried formatting my MacBook Pro 2016 (intel) before selling it. There was OS Monterey. Probably, I have done something wrong in the disk utility, erasing the wrong volume and now I'm stuck.

When I start my MacBook, it shows the folder with the question mark. Pressing CMD-R im able to reach disk utility and here there is the situation for which I would love your help.

I'm attacching a photo; Essentially I have 2 internal volumes:

  • AppleAPFSMedia, with MACINTHOS HD inside it
  • APPLE SSD

What should I do?
