Can't access my Showtime and Paramount Plus subscriptions in Apple TV App.
I am currently paying for Apple+, Showtime and Paramount Plus. The apps have been there for nearly two years, and now suddenly, I can't access them without paying twice for each. I've deleted and downloaded the Apple App several times. I've restarted the Roku and the router. Nothing. I've checked my subscriptions—they are there, and I have paid for them, yet I cannot use them.
The sound has been horrible on Apple for the last two weeks, popping and stopping every 5-7 seconds. This prompted me to re-install the app the first time. That didn't fix the problem. Now I can't access anything. Help.
