Why am I unable to view emails in my subfolders of my inbox? As soon as I organize my inbox and put emails into subfolders, I am unable to view them again on my iPhone. I have an iPhone 14 pro with iOS 16.5. Thanks

Are you organizing your email subfolders from your iPhone or from another device? If you're organizing them directly from your iPhone 14 Pro, try closing out of the Mail app and then reopen the app again. Follow these steps below:
Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
iPhone X and later
1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
If that doesn't help, also try restarting your device: Restart your iPhone
