Stuck on activate mac

"Stuck on activate mac: It didn't work it keeps popping up with the window that says activate Mac select and Wi-Fi network from the menu or attach your network cable to proceed there is no Wi-Fi menu to click on."

If you have access to Ethenet, then connect using that. this is the adapter you would need: The Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple

Usbc with Ethernet adapter also wont recognize network still stuck at select network

So, when you select the network, are you unable to connect? Or is the network not even seen?
