Mic works for Siri and dictation but not for calls

I have an iPhone 12 Pro. Fully updated. The mic stopped working on calls, videos, and voice memos, but it still works for “Hey Siri” and dictation. Bluetooth AirPods work for calls but not for videos. Using an app (Marco Polo) that allows me to select a specific mic, none of them works including AirPods. What’s going on? I’ve reset all settings. Downloaded all updates.

Thanks, but none of that helps or addresses the issue as I’ve described it.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
