Epson Printer not installing on Ventura 13.4

My Epson Printer will not install on Ventura 13.4... I have uninstalled and deleted all printer references and downloaded a fresh install program from Epson.com to no avail. I have also verified all network configurations and connections. Hoping someone here has some additional insight.
