I paid off my iPhone recently. Hoping to keep it for a while. Recently started having trouble charging my phone. I cleaned the charging port and still have issues. My wife had an 11 but is able to charge as usual. Any idea what my cost to repair might be?

Apple doesn’t replace charging ports; they consider that a hardware failure. Here is the repair cost estimator→Apple - Support - Service Answer Center
You may be able to find a reputable independent shop who can replace just the port. Or you can still charge it with a wireless charger.
