Paypal suddenly doesn't work consistently after last update
I use Paypal to pay for most everything on my ipad pro. I have used Paypal for what seems like centuries but is probably only from about the time it first started being available as a payment option on EBAY. Which is a few years of trouble free service.
Suddenly when I attempt to pay with Paypal on some websites I just get a blank screen or an error message that says that a device from my location is sending a large amount of requests and I need to turn this device off in order for the transaction to be completed.
I haven't changed any setting. I have enouogh money in my Paypal account for the purchases. My ipad pro is fully up to date. And to further confuse the issue I can still use Paypal on EBAY. Hudson Music or Gerder Music or a lot of other websites will not work at all.
I think it has something to do with the last update.
I am also a member of a family plan so I can't update my payment methods because I am not the administrator. But until recently there has been no problem and Paypal worked flawlessly. So being part of a family plan shouldn't be a problem ( but I am throwing the family plan in there just to paint a full picture).
What is going on? Any ideas?
When I want to use Paypal I have to go to my Mac Pro tower computer. Paypal works perfectly on that Apple product. Say what you want about older Macs, but they work with no drama. And they aren't getting all of the latest Apple updates. That is what makes me think this is related to the last update but what do I know?
