Paid online with Apple pay before finishing order

I paid for something online via Apple Pay before finishing placing the order. Then it took the money out of my bank but dose not show any transactions on bank app or in Apple wallet. Transaction history is on and I usually get wallet notifications but this time it did not. What is happening?

It took the money out of your bank but the money is still there (transaction not showing?) you can contact your bank to see if the transaction is really not happened.
