iTunes for Android Phone

iTunes manages Apple's portable devices, such as iPods, iPads etc. Content on the Apple device is played by the "music" app on the device, not iTunes.

iTunes cannot manage (talk to, or Sync with) Android devices.

Unless you want to subscribe to Apple Music, I don't think there is an Apple Music app for Android:
