iTunes for Android Phone

Unless you want to subscribe to Apple Music, I don't think there is an Apple Music app for Android:

To add to javaliga's answer and to be more specific, there is no iTunes app for Apple devices either and never has been.

iTunes manages Apple's portable devices, such as iPods, iPads etc. Content on the Apple device is played by the "music" app on the device, not iTunes.

iTunes cannot manage (talk to, or Sync with) Android devices.
