Adding music file to keynote slide
There are no songs available when I go to put in a music file there aren’t any to choose. Where do I go to get available music for my slide

Apple do not supply music files for Keynote, instead it is allowing you a method do use exising music that you have previously downloaded yourself, and only is these files do not have copyright infringement applied on the file.
There are many free and paid for Music Libraries available on line for this task.
