Tiny dent on the screen of my 16" Macbook pro M1 Max 2021

I recently noticed a tiny dent on the screen of my 16" Macbook Pro M1 Max 2021. When I say tiny I mean its the size of a pinhead, initially i thought it was a fleck of dust but upon closer inspection i can see its a tiny dent. I've taken great care since owning this laptop by cleaning the screen and keyboard before I close it. Ive seen on reddit alot of people talking about this but has anyone else had this problem? If so did you take it in and get it repaired?

I've owned Macbooks for years and never had this happen before, maybe the quality of the screen is different on this one.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.3

If it made it all the way through manufacturing's multiple inspections for glass defects, it likely did not meet the criteria for defective display rejection.

So if you want a new display, you will be paying US$800 or so...
