How can I remove items from Recently Played in the Apple Music app?
If a user listens to something accidentally, or if a user listens to something they do not appreciate, it should be possible to remove it from "Recently Played" instead of being confronted with that album cover every time they look at the "Recently Played" section.
This seems like a very basic requirement for a user-controlled playlist.
Of course I tried that, but it does not do what I am requesting. This is not to keep a song from playing, but to remove something from the recently played section, and not from a playlist.

Currently there is not a way to delete the Recently Played music that shows up in the Apple Music "Listen Now" tab. The only thing we can do is send in feedback. Here is a link on feedback specifically for Apple Music. It would not be hard to implement.

Wondering if you tried selecting the song, and pressing delete,
as this method seems to work ok in playlists.
