yellow display
I am dissatisfied with the quality of device I have purchased. I bought iPhone 13 pro Max last year (02/03/2022) and after two months of completing it's warranty it's screen turned completely yellow unable to interface. I have already raised request and went to multiple service centre situated in Mumbai, India. They all said that I have to get paid service for which I have pay for the entire new display. But, if you go through my case (Case no. 102002331250 ) There is no physical damage, not even a slight drop but still it's display malfunctioned. I went on internet and got to know about this issue with lots of users especially 13 series.
My request is to provide with an in-warranty service because this is an quality issue from apple iPhone. I am very disappointed and I am hoping to get a satisfied resolution from you.
