Is noreply@email.apple.com a legitimate email address?

You will be told that the "support" people just need a little more information from you so that they can make sure that the phone is yours, so it can then be returned to you.

Information like your Apple ID and Apple ID Password.

Now the scammers have full access to the data on your phone....and...you will never see the phone again.

Apple will never send a message like this.......so you know this is a scam. The same is true of other similar messages that might be from the "Police" or "Apple Support".

Just ignore and delete the messages.

Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen devices. Any email would be a scam message.

This is definitely a phishing email designed to get you to change your password, so that they can copy it, since you said that your phone was stolen. The real address is "no_reply@email.apple." not "noreply@email.apple."
