I am not receiving text messages from one android user. I have can get them from other android users. I've turned off my phone, I've tried toggling the airplane mode, I have deleted all of the texts from her, I have removed her as a contact and added her back in. I have restarted my phone several times. I have checked and she's not blocked. Please help, if anyone knows what to do now. Thank you!

This has been an ongoing issue and has been reported on these forums for years, and it will likely never be solved. So, contact your Carrier, asking them why this is occurring.
