Troubleshooting Hearing Aids:

A. Hearing Aids and Ringer:

See if works as an option for you... Safely lay these next to you and have "Vibrate" enabled as the ringer type. Go here: How to Put your iPhone On Vibrate, Ring, or Silent Mode - Apple Support

B. Ask your Doctor for Some Advice:

Have an otologist? I recommend you speak with your doctor about this. If they are not technical enough, then I guess ask your PCP.

C. Troubleshooting Bluetooth:

• Try disabling Bluetooth, and then reenabling it.
• Unsync them, then Resync these. To do so, on your iPhone

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Bluetooth
3. Tap: the "i" icon next to your Hearing Aid
4. Tap: Forget This Device
5. Tap: again to confirm
