How do I restore pictures deleted today??

You can recover them from the recently deleted folder. If you deleted them from there, they are gone. There is no recovering them unless you also had them stored somewhere else.

Tap Photos on the Home Screen

Tap Albums at the bottom of the screen

Scroll down and tap on Recently Deleted

Select the photos that you want restore

Check the recently deleted album and restore from there.
