Push Notifications Not Working on Selected apps

Some of my apps stopped receiving any push notifications about a month ago. Whatsapp, Telegram do not receive pushes, while Facebook messenger and Viber do.

I tried:

Checked in notification center that all is allowed
Turned off Scheduled Summary
Turned off focus
Turned off silent mode
Switched between many wifi and cellular networks

What do i miss? Any ideas are welcome, thank you!

Thank you for reply.

I guess push notification service is iOS feature and way it is connected to apps. Many apps just suddenly simultaneously stopped getting push notifications which i guess is a system problem.

If some apps are receiving notifications then it is not an iOS issue.

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or WhatsApp FAQ Or Restoring your chat history - WhatsApp FAQ or Contact WhatsApp

Telegram is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Telegram support

Tried reinstalling some apps, but still no pushes :(
