Bluetooth interrupted Apple watch Ultra

Greetings

hi

in many types of headphones (not Apple's) when I connect the headphones the music is interrupted.

I tried resetting the watch to factory settings and then restored from the account and the phenomenon still occurs.

When I connect the headphones to the iPhone I hear fine, do you know this phenomenon?

How can this be treated? Is it possible that there is a problem with the Bluetooth component of the watch?

I have Shokz and Platronics headphones and both have the problem, with Apple or JBL headphones there is no problem.

Have you ever encountered such a case?

Hi Uriburi23,

It sounds like those headsets which interrupt the audio when connecting may be expected. This page about connecting headphones to Apple Watch has some interesting information:

Play audio from Apple Watch on Bluetooth headphones or speakers without your iPhone nearby.
Tip: If you have AirPods that you set up with your iPhone, they’re ready to use with your Apple Watch—just press play.

You'll also want to check with the manufacturer as they may have a firmware update available.
