Repeated crashes under any load with 2019 MacBook on Ventura 13.4

Experiencing an issue on my MacBook Pro where I get graphics artifacting on the screen before it goes black and crashes to reboot. Have ran several hardware diagnostic tests and brought the device in for further testing with Apple but can't seem to find any hardware-based issues here.

These crashes/panics happen repeatedly with any use in Lightroom Classic or Final Cut Pro and do not appear to be affected by whether I am using an external display or running on battery power. Have tried wiping the device and running the programs with no other software/plugins installed but the behavior persists. I will include an EtreCheck report below. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm running into a wall here.

You have several panics with Proxied device bridge in the cause. these correlate strongly with hardware issues. if Apple support can not provide a definitive answer, they MAY direct an Apple store to do a restore, or change some hardware. You MUST have a current backup for this, or you will lose all your files.

As you determined experimentally, Apple store agents do not generally read or interpret panic reports, and instead rely ONLY on diagnostics failures.

I recommend you contact Apple support and work with the first responder until they are willing to refer you to specialist. They can read the information you already posted on the forums, just provide them the information needed to find your posting.

What they do NOT do is 'take our word for it' they have their own more rigorous processes that are used instead.

Unfortunately I have brought the MacBook into Apple for servicing on this issue three times in the last six weeks and they insist on it being a software issue which is where things are getting tricky and obnoxious now for me. But yes it does seem to behave like a hardware issue and the further I look into the bridge crash the more I am convinced of this.

First responders may find the digest of panics baffling.

Be polite and professional, and ask for a specialist to read your Etrecheck report and crash digest. When you get to the people with appropriate skills, they may ask you for a full panic report.

panic reports can be found in this folder, and are aimed with date and time and start or end in "panic"

As an update, did a naked reinstall of the OS with no software having yet been run on the computer and no iCloud activation or customization. Still experiencing these kernel panics with the computer sitting idly by and no software running. Including another report for reference when I call Apple

Apple will usually be more interested by the panics on a fresh install than with the EtreCheck report.

They will understandably prefer their own diagnostics to add-on tools such as EtreCheck.

As an update on this issue, I spent several hours on the phone with two different specialists but did succeed in having them remotely view my screen as it was crashing as well as go over log reports and agreeing that it needed to be repaired. They replaced the Logic Board and Touch Bar/Touch ID and got the device back to me.

Unfortunately, even after this the device is unusable and will crash under any load in Final Cut or Adobe Suite products as well as in some YouTube content and in sleep mode. These all appear to be for the same reasons as before, but after having this device repaired for the third time now I'm losing confidence in Apple's ability to figure it out. Will try wiping the device once again and returning to an earlier build of Ventura or possibly even Monterey as things had been fine prior to April and will update this thread if that proves helpful. Downgrading to a previous OS isn't ideal, but I'm over this problem and it's interfering with my work so the next step is dumping this computer off in the attic and begrudgingly moving forward with Resolve on the backup Windows system.

MrHoffman has cut to the chase, dispensing with incremental analysis, and moving immediately to the same conclusion I was moving toward incrementally.

Your repair comes with a 90 day warranty on the repair, and if the problem is not solved, you can just return it to them and ask them to "make it right". Who paid for the repair initially is not an issue.

What is causing the recurring issues is 'not your problem'.

Thank you, I agree. This problem has now been so protracted that it's time for them to replace the whole device. It seems to happen regardless of variables, battery or plugged in, external monitor or device display, clean install, safe boot, external drives connected or not, etc. They're giving more pushback now after several repairs but I'll plan on simply explaining that there is no way around the fact that the device supplied just does not work and as is not my problem to figure out myself.
