There is no Legal Contact at all when I get into the Password & Security section of my Apple ID. There is Password, two-factor authentication, trusted phone numbers and apps using Apple ID and that’s all; nowhere can I see Legal Contact never mind adding one.
I am running macOS Catalina 10:15:7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Legacy Contact access is not available for Catalina. According to How to add a Legacy Contact for your Apple ID "Starting in iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, and macOS 12.1, you can add a Legacy Contact for your Apple ID."

What are you expecting to see? A statement of Apple's position on their limits of liability or what?
