How to change the setting to allow Siri to complete web search
iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15
That’s where this setting should be (all of those settings were on). However, I found it here instead:
Settings/Screen Time/Content and privacy restrictions/Content Restrictions/Siri <Web Search Content>
I’m still struggling with the same message even after trying everything you’ve suggested

Open Settings ➡️ Safari ➡️ Siri & Search: Here, set every single switch to ON. See whether that resolves the issue.
