See the suggestions in the link below, but if nothing works, it will be time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar. It would honestly not be worth investing money in a Series 3 watch and would instead make more sense to apply what it might cost to repair the watch (if it needs to be repaired) towards a newer, more modern Apple Watch.
