Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter & macOS Ventura 13.4?

Have a lot of SSD storage in an OWC TB2 powered boxes (4 SSDs in each box). They have been working great with my Mac Pro (2013) with TB2 ports. Bought an M2 Mac mini Pro with TB3/4 ports. The Apple TB3 to TB2 Adapter doesn't work--the connection light on the OWC boxes flash blue and orange and never mount rather than solid blue as it is with my old Mac Pro. Is this a general problem with the Apple TB3-TB2 Adapter or an issue with macOS 13.4?

Thanks. The OWC SSD box is self-powered with an AC brick so I don't think that is the problem. I've seen posts of other types of Apple adapters not working after updating to macOS 13.4. I was just wondering if anyone was having this problem with their TB3/4 to TB2 Apple Adapter besides me. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

An OWC Tech figured it could be a "bad" TB2 cable. I replaced the TB2 cable with another I had and the Apple TB3-TB2 Adapter works fine between my OWC ThunderBay mini 4 and new MacMini Pro.
