I am unable to delete an admin account which I created accidentally.

I want to delete an admin account not a simple account.
I accidentally created another admin account and now I am unable to delete it.
Sign in as an admin user and you can remove any account ... standard or admin. If you can't then either you are not an admin user or your OS is damaged.
