The little notification box that would appear on the top right of my iMac screen when I received an email has stopped working. The chime sounds but there's no preview notification. This is NOT on y iPhone; it's on my desktop iMac. Is anybody else having this problem? Anybody know how to fix it?

Which system version do you have installed? Your question is under "older Software", which suggests a very old system version. For a more recent system version it would be better to ask in the forum for your system version.
Do you have macOS 13 Ventura installed?

Did you enable the notifications for Mail in System Settings > Notifications? Did you select "Banner" there or "None"?
Yes I did, and selected "Banner."
It's under "older software" because there was no appropriate category. I have the latest versions installed. But I'll take your advice and post elsewhere.
