Hi,
I am trying to add the Spanish “Mi Vodafone” app onto my UK iPhone and when I click on the AppStore button to get the app from the Vodafone web page, the screen says it’s not available in my country. If I change my country to Spain will this cause problems with my UK subscriptions? How do I get around this. I am physically in Spain with location services turned on. Help please!

Details on changing your Apple ID country or region are outlined in the support article Change your Apple ID country or region. In order to make that change, your Apple ID must have a 0 account balance, you must not have any active subscriptions on your account, and you must have a payment method for the country you change to.
Of note, after that change is made:
Some apps you use now may not be available after the change in much the same way you cannot access this app presently. You can search for apps by country using Marketing Tools and Resources before proceeding to try to minimize possible impacts or losses.
