I have just upgraded my phone and I can’t download the Vodafone uk app anymore. I live in uk and on my previous phone it was there but it won’t download onto my new phone. Upgraded in uk so should be a uk phone

When I click country region it doesn’t bring a list up it just says I have to cancel my subscription before making changes. Is there no other way to view my region? It should not have changed from my previous phone as everything else transferred over fine
Did you try the online method?
I'd try to see what I can see but I don't want to mess with my settings. I don't do anything with the app store except download free items and right now I am able to download free apps with no payment method entered. I don't want to mess with anything by logging into my app store settings.
I logged into the App Store online and it said my location was uk so not sure what is going on. I’ve messaged Apple support. Yes don’t mess with your phone if it’s working as you need it to
