I've just recently bought a new iPhone, and since having it, I cannot add tickets to the Apple wallet. The "add to wallet" button does not seem to work on any site. I've restarted and reset the phone several times, but am unsure what to do. I've follow the suggestions described in several threads to no avail. If I have the ticket "file" downloaded, is there a way to add it from there?

Adding Boarding Passes, Bookmyshow Tickets, IRCTC (Railway) tickets, Airline Tickets, Game Tickets and Hotel Bookings are only possible if the issuer has enabled the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature for the tickets/passes issued by them. See some examples below.
The card issuer must enable the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature.
