When i use iphone spotlight search for a name, it brings up the contact but all the "actions" are turned off, so it's essentially useless. I'm assuming there's some setting i'm missing but all the "siri and search" setting are turned on. Here's what it looks like. I"m guessing there's a setting i cant find. thank you.

Its iOS 16.4.1a, iphone Xs, it has been this way for a long time.. i'll try upgrading the OS
16.5 did not fix this, it's some kind of wierd setting. Does anyone else see this behavior?
