The input box is invisible when loading the page. Chrome works well (see below the comparison). It came suddenly and no clue why.

Hi luo176,

To help us better assist you, can you let us know if you experience any issues with other webpages not loading as expected, or only that specific one? That information will help us plan how to proceed.

If webpages aren't loading or working as expected, please check out this link, which may be helpful: If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac

Reload the page

From the menu bar in Safari, choose View > Reload Page. Or press Command-R.

If Safari doesn't reload the page, quit Safari, then try again. If Safari doesn't quit, you can press Option-Command-Esc to force Safari to quit.

If Safari automatically reopens unwanted pages, quit Safari, then press and hold the Shift key while opening Safari. Learn how to control which windows Safari automatically reopens.

Thanks!

Hey luo176,

To help further isolate, we suggest trying the website in a different user account on the device. If you do not have another user account set up on the Mac, create a temporary one to test.

For steps to add a user account, follow the steps here: Add a user or group on Mac. If you have the issue in a different user account, we recommend contacting website's support to have then further investigate the issue with you.

If the issue doesn't occur in the other user account, it could be related to the settings in Safari or software installed.

Since Safari is included in the macOS, make sure the Mac's software is up-to-date. Before updating, back up your data. The steps below has a link to help with backing up.

Before installing new software, it's a good idea to back up your Mac.
To check for new software, open Software Update. It's in System Settings (or System Preferences), which you can open from the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen:
* Choose Apple menu  > System Settings. Click General on the left side of the System Settings window, then click Software Update on the right.
* Or choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Software Update.
If Software Update finds new software, click the button to install it, then enter your administrator password when prompted. During installation, your Mac might show a progress bar or blank screen several times, and you should avoid putting it to sleep or closing its lid.

If Software Update says that your Mac is up to date, then no new software is currently available for your Mac model. Software Update shows only software that is compatible with your Mac.

For future reference, here's the article where the steps are listed: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

Hope this helps. Take care.
