Why can't I cancel a subscription in my own account?

Trying to cancel 2 subscriptions and it's not allowing me to do that in my account. How do I do this?

What was the result when you followed the guidance in the Related Article above your name on this page, that you were reading just before you posted here? If the Related Article doesn't answer your question please post back with more details about the issue and another user in this user-to-user forum will try to help.


Note that if you cancel a subscription it does not disappear; it is still in effect until the end of the current paid-for period. You can know if it has been canceled if there is no Cancel button, and only Renew buttons.
