Family sharing is set up but subscriptions aren’t being shared

we have family sharing set up. But have never had success with subscription sharing except for iCloud storage. Arcade, fitness and music never worked. Only current subscription is for Apple Arcade and even though it’s shown as shared. It doesn’t allow me to use it.

Go to Settings ➜ Account (top of settings) ➜ Media & Purchases and sign out from the Apple ID, and sing back in to refresh the subscriptions.
