Email not sending

I can receive but not send emails on my optusnet.com.au email. This only effects my iphone and imac devices (not windows). ISP has been no help at all. Any help appreciated.

Did you already try the general troubleshooting?

If you can’t send emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

If you can’t send email on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the settings for the outgoing server are correct, you may need an app-specific password for your 3rd party mail account:
