Can receive but not send emails can anyone help with this?

Do you see an error when you attempt to send? If so, the content of that error is important. Generally, the inability to send email is related to an issue with the SMTP server and its settings. You can delete the account from the phone, and then add it back again, waiting to ensure that it completely verifies before you continue.
