Not able to Translate from Norwegian language

I wanted to Translate websiites from Norwegian to english while browsimg but My iPhone 14 says translation from Norwegian is not supported is possible to do it ? If Apple Translate do not support can i switch default translation app to Google Translate ?

To ask Apple to add Norwegian to its translation capabilities, you can use

I don't think there is any way to replace Apple's app with Google translate for Safari, but it might be possible for Chrome.
