My wife has an iphone 13 and it randomly shuts off and immediately boots back up. it does this frequently and we are not sure why. Verizon store could not help. Some days it doesn't shut off at all. Does anyone have any experience with this or a solution?
We have done a couple factory resets as well with no luck.
