Id like to know where I can see a list of all the iwatch apps - where I can browse through them on my pc ?

You can also go to the App Store on Apple Watch to look for other apps which may meet a need you have.
There is no such list to my knowledge. If there is an app you are looking for or something to accomplish a certain task, you open the App Store and look to for something appropriate.
Thanks that’s a good start - but I am searching for 3rd party or other approved iwatch apps that are available and not on my filtered “recommended for you “ list that apple provides - surely there are more apps to review than the few they “personalize” for me ?
