"Save as Video" is not an option on my iPhone 10s (iOS 16.4.1) for any Live Photos I choose...they are NOT edited but still in original mode. Why??

Have you opened the Live Photo, and then tapped the three dots in the upper right corner? "Save as Video" should be there.
If you have the thumbnails of multiple Live Photos selected, use the three dots in the lower left corner.
Thanks Léonie - that’s what I needed! But on my phone the 3 dots are in the lower right corner!😂 I hadn’t tried that, and all other instructions weren’t available on my phone. This works!🙏🏻
