Wallet won’t open when i triple click

I’ve been trying to open my wallet using the triple click method, but every time I try to do it it puts my phone in sleep, I’ve made sure that the software is updated and I also tried restarting, but nothing seems to work, I’ve also made sure the feature is enabled and the button is not stuck as it is working perfectly fine, is there a fix for this?

P.S. there are no cards added except for a member card for an airline, is that why it’s happening?
