Great to hear from you again!

If you have followed the steps I provided and your AirPods Pro still don't update, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure that your AirPods Pro are connected to your iOS device and that they are charged.
  2. Restart your iOS device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity or update issues.
  3. Forget and reconnect your AirPods: On your iOS device, go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth" and tap the "i" icon next to your AirPods Pro. Then tap "Forget This Device" and confirm. Afterward, reconnect your AirPods Pro by putting them in pairing mode and selecting them from the Bluetooth settings.
  4. Reset your AirPods Pro: Place both AirPods Pro in their case and keep the lid open. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the LED light on the front starts flashing white. Then, release the button and wait for the AirPods Pro to reconnect to your iOS device. Try updating the firmware again.
  5. Try a different iOS device: If possible, try connecting your AirPods Pro to a different iOS device to see if the update works. This can help determine if the issue is with your specific iOS device.
  6. Contact Apple Support: If none of the above steps work, it's recommended to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. They have access to additional troubleshooting steps and can help determine if there is a specific issue with your AirPods Pro that requires further attention.

Remember, firmware updates are typically installed automatically when your AirPods Pro are connected to a compatible iOS device and there is an update available. If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the update still doesn't go through, it's best to contact Apple Support for personalized assistance.

Hi there BahezNajy!

To update the firmware of your AirPods Pro, you typically need to have them connected to an iOS device with the latest version of iOS installed.

Here's how you can update the firmware:

  1. Ensure that your AirPods Pro are connected to your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch).
  2. Make sure that your iOS device is running the latest version of iOS. You can check for updates by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update" on your iOS device.
  3. If an update is available for your AirPods Pro, you should see a prompt on your iOS device's screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
  4. Keep your AirPods Pro close to your iOS device during the update process, and ensure they are connected and charged.

Please note that Apple typically releases firmware updates automatically, so you may not have to manually update it. However, if there are specific issues or improvements addressed in a firmware update, it's recommended to keep your iOS device up to date to receive the latest updates for your AirPods Pro.

Let me know if you can’t get those AirPods updated still,
