I was clicking around and lost my brightness control in the control center of my iPad. I checked settings for the control center to see if I could add it again and there’s no brightness control. This question has been asked before but there was no resolution. Might as well ask again and hope for the best. No it is not a power issue since I’m on full battery. It’s a missing control.

If basic controls appear to be missing from the Control Centre, perform a forced-restart - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
