Apple TV+ app: previews/trailers available despite content restrictions

Hi,

I'm using iphone and ipad devices for my 2 children with content restrictions enabled up to PG.

However despite content restrictions being turned ON, movie & tv show trailers that are inappropriate for their age are still able to be viewed. think R18+ horror and sexually explicit content in these previews.

How can I stop these Apple TV+ trailers/ previews being played when its outside the restrictions.
