I have noticed that when I talk with someone on Facetime from my MacBook, and try to listen to any music or any video on YouTube, the sound is very low for the music. Any workaround?
I tired Skype it works fine, normal audio for the music when on call.

When i am on a call on facetime, i cannot listen to any music. The sound of the music becomes very less when on a call via facetime. Untill and unless i use shareplay the sound does not goes up.

If you mean that they (the other person on the Facetime call) can't hear the music well, but you can, check your Facetime mic settings. I think the default is to highlight you as the speaker, so you would need to change it to the other option to allow your background noise (your music) to come through the mic along with your voice. I think it's called "panoramic sound" or "wide"? Basically, it's noise cancelling.
Or, Apple might be giving Facetime audio priority over your YouTube app or the browser audio. I'm not sure what that setting would be or how to change it. But it would be a clue to track down.
I mis-remembered the location - the audio setting is actually in Control Center - you would have FaceTime running but adjust the Mic settings in Control Center:
